A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Bookings within 60 days of departure require full payment at time of booking.
Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: deposit forfeited. 30–60 days: 50% of total cost. Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Tanzanite Signature Safaris
Cancellations made verbally or by phone will not be accepted without written confirmation
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days of the cancellation request
In the event of cancellation due to severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered a full reschedule or credit toward a future booking
Tanzanite Signature Safaris reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to safety concerns, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations
