The Grand Blue-Zanzibar's Premier Full Ocean Experience
Departing early morning from Nungwi or Matemwe beach aboard a traditional Zanzibari modern fiberglass vessel, or dhow, guests head out into the open Indian Ocean in search of wild dolphins-with the opportunity to swim alongside them or capture close-up photographs under the guidance of our professional marine guides. The journey continues to the protected waters of Mnemba Marine Park for a snorkeling adventure among diverse tropical marine life, followed by a stop at a pristine open-ocean sandbank and then the moment of starfish meanwhile the returning voyage. Throughout the day, guests are refreshed with chilled water, fresh seasonal fruits, and traditional Zanzibari homemade cakes.
